As a new owner, Brendan helped me create my vision for my practice and overall career and taught me how to communicate this successfully to others.

Being able to articulate the direction of the practice to my team and patients has enabled my practice to double in size while still feeling close-knit and personal. My team believes in our mission and is vested in our success; my patients choose my practice because of its well-defined philosophy of care and happy team.
